Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before booking. Can’t see your question? Get in touch.

How much does it cost to book a player?

Appearances start from £500. The final fee depends on the player, the type and length of the appearance and the location — send your details through the booking form and we’ll come back within 24 hours with availability and a clear, no-obligation quote.

What kinds of appearance can I book?

Inspirational talks and keynotes, Q&A sessions, hands-on coaching, award presentations, table hosting and meet & greets. If you have something else in mind, just ask and we’ll tailor it.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better — popular dates around the Six Nations, World Cup and awards season fill up quickly. We’ll always try to help with shorter lead times, so do still get in touch even if your event is soon.

Are travel and expenses included?

Fees are quoted per event and reasonable travel and expenses may be added depending on the location. Everything is confirmed in writing in your proposal before you commit — no surprises.

What’s included in a booking?

A confirmed player for the agreed time, an agreed format for your event, and liaison with our team throughout. Photos and a short Q&A can usually be included — let us know what matters most to your audience.

Can players appear virtually?

Yes — many of our players are happy to join online for talks and Q&As, which can be a great option for remote teams or tighter budgets.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are set out clearly in your booking confirmation. We understand plans change, so talk to us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to reschedule.

Do you work with schools and community clubs?

Absolutely — school visits and grassroots club days are some of our most rewarding bookings, and our players are experienced working with young people.
