How much does it cost to book a player?
Appearances start from £250. The final fee depends on the player, the type and length of the appearance and the location - send your details through the booking form and we’ll come back within 24 hours with availability and a clear, no-obligation quote.
How do I book talent?
Send us your brief, including the job details, date, time, location, role, and budget. We will recommend suitable players based on their profile, experience, and availability.
What information should I include in my brief?
Please include:
- What the job involves
- Date, time, and location
- What the player will be required to do
- Fee or budget
- Any travel, accommodation, wardrobe, or other requirements
How do you choose the right player?
We match players to opportunities based on their profile, experience, skills, audience, location, and availability.
How do I check a player’s availability?
Once we have received your brief, we will contact suitable players to confirm whether they are available and happy to take part.
How are fees agreed?
We confirm the fee and any additional costs, such as travel or accommodation, before the booking is confirmed.
When is a booking confirmed?
A booking is confirmed in writing with both the client and the player. The confirmation will include the date, time, location, job details, and agreed fee.
Can I request a specific player?
Yes. You can request a specific player, and we will check their availability and suitability for the opportunity.
What happens if the player is unavailable?
We will recommend alternative players who may be suitable for the job and available on the required date.
Can players travel for bookings?
Yes. Travel can be arranged where appropriate. Any travel, accommodation, or additional expenses will be agreed before the booking is confirmed.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better - popular dates around the Six Nations, World Cup and awards season fill up quickly. We’ll always try to help with shorter lead times, so do still get in touch even if your event is soon.
Can players appear virtually?
Yes - many of our players are happy to join online for talks and Q&As, which can be a great option for remote teams or tighter budgets.
Do you work with schools and community clubs?
Absolutely - school visits and grassroots club days are some of our most rewarding bookings, and our players are experienced working with young people.
Who should I contact to make a booking?
Contact the Women’s Rugby Agency with your brief, and we will guide you through the booking process.
Why not book direct?
Booking directly can mean spending more time searching for suitable talent, checking availability, negotiating fees, and coordinating arrangements. It may also be unclear who is responsible for managing changes, travel, expenses, or last-minute issues.
